Prices for 1 ON 1 training starting at $100 per session.
Our Semi Private training is just as effective as 1 on 1 training.
All of our trainers are trained to handle a semi private training environment where each client still gets a personalized workout geared towards their individual needs.
Semi Private rate range from $50-$40 Per Hour.

Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need!
